On October 9th, 2024, the Dutch-Serbian Business Association held one of its most pivotal General Assemblies. This momentous evening not only provided an opportunity to reflect on our association’s journey and achievements but also marked the election of a new Board that will lead us into an exciting future.
We are delighted to introduce the newly elected Board:

- Emily Holland – Secretary
- Sjoerd Heijmans – Board Member
- Bogdan Tancic – Board Member
- Aleksandar Kovacevic – Board Member
With their fresh perspectives and innovative ideas, we are confident they will bring great energy to our community and help propel the association forward.
The evening opened with a review of the association’s founding principles and past successes, followed by candidate presentations, the election process, and the announcement of the new Board. In a friendly and collaborative atmosphere, outgoing Board members graciously welcomed their successors. Newly elected President Wouter van Houwelingen expressed heartfelt thanks to the outgoing team for laying the solid foundation upon which the association will continue to grow.
Following the formal proceedings, members enjoyed a vibrant cocktail reception where conversations flourished, and the mood was one of optimism and celebration.
We extend our deepest gratitude to the outgoing Board members for their dedication, enthusiasm, and hard work over the years. Their continued involvement as valued members of our community remains crucial to the association’s ongoing success.
