On 8th of November, at the residency of H.E. Mr. Henk Van Den Dool, the Dutch ambassador in Serbia, Dutch-Serbian Business Association had an official launch.
Around 70 guests, business people, Serbian government officials, international institution representatives, colleagues from other business associations and press representatives, were welcomed by the introductory speech of H.E. Mr. Henk Van Den Dool, who pointed out significant presence of Dutch business in Serbia, a variety of industries in which they are operating, and welcomed the initiative of starting DSBA.
After that Mr. Bojan Leković, through his personal experience, explained how important it is to have an association, which DSBA plans to be, and pointed out the benefits that members will have.
Mr. Djordje Petrovic shortly explained what has been done till now regarding DSBA, how many companies already joined, as well what are the short term plans in the future weeks.
We owe an enormous gratitude to H.E. Mr. Henk Van Den Dool, for his hospitality and the support, as well to the whole staff of the Dutch embassy in Serbia. Special thanks go to Mr. Oliver Sarov, Senior Policy Adviser at the Dutch embassy in Serbia, who was a strong support from the beginning of the idea of DSBA, who will certainly be that in the future, and without whose help and assistance none of this would be possible.
